windows cannot start, stays charging the desktop but never loads, even in safe mode do the same.
sometime ago when was possible to enter on safe mode, on device manager appeared a problem with the usb ports, after that cannot recognice any pcmcia card or ani memory card.
already fromatted, replace hard disk, still doing the same.

i got an averatec AV3715-EH1
before you reload, try to find software to wipe your hard drive so you really are starting FRESH.
I use WipeDrive PRO (www.whitecanyon.com) but I am sure there is something free out there.
If you don’t start fresh you will wind up in the same boat in a few weeks.
After you do this, down load SpyBot for free from www.freedownloads.com and don’t forget your antivirus.
If this doesn’t help, then it could be a faulty or corrupt hard drive. WipeDrive will help you determine that.
